I started my creative writing journey chasing an English degree at Long Beach State. Somehow I ended up in the glamorous and chaotic world of hospitality management instead. Turns out that you can learn a lot about people and what they respond to when you’re trying to keep them from lighting the bar on fire. I could teach a masterclass in managing chaos and human behavior in this industry, but it’s time to step away and let my creative side take over.
I’ve spent the past couple of years working on my portfolio with The Bookshop School for Ads, and I’m ready to take my shot.
